Just a short note to say thank you for a highly professional and cost effective service.
I had hit a pothole and lost the balance weights off the front wheel. I contacted Hometyre (Belfast) and they came directly to my workplace.
The wheel was rebalanced but swapped to the rear as it was lightly buckled, I was given the choice of 2 companies who would be able to fix the wheel.
All other tyres were checked also.
This is the second time I have used Hometyre (Belfast), the first being to supply and fit 4 new tyres and to realign the steering.
This was all done at my home I was contacted on the day to be informed of the arrival time and approx amount of time required to complete the job.
The work was completed professionally and to a lower price than all other tyre depots.
Why waste YOUR TIME sitting in a tyre depot when the work can be done while you are at home or work, and for the same or lower price!
Again thank you and I look forward to using Hometyre (Belfast) in the future.

The standard of service was top class; I received what I asked for, and on a very timely basis. The work was completed within about 4 or 5 hours from when the sale was agreed. I had a very busy schedule on the day and this was not disrupted due to the benefits of completing the work at a convenient location.

After seeing a Hometyre van on the road I thought I would keep that in mind. I am a self employed mother of three and getting my tyres changed is nothing but hassle, normally. I needed help sooner than I thought when I got a flat tyre. The lady at the call centre was very helpful and very pleasant; she took my details and called me back within a few minutes to say that the fitter could call out in around an hour. Normal arrived again was very pleasant and very helpful. He sorted out all my tyres and at my request booked me in to call back and set my wheel alignment. I have now used this service twice and honestly will never take my car to a garage again. Not only was the service very efficient, a lot less stressful and professional, it cost no more than having to drag the kids kicking and screaming to the garage and then having to find something to do with them for two hours before picking it back up again.

I phoned Norman last night, arranged a decent tyre for the Octavia after taking a chunk out of the tyre wall last week :$
Norman arrived this morning at my place of work and had the tyre changed and sorted within 30 mins.
Nice guy, very accommodating, and even cleaned up the rim before putting back on with the new tyre.
Tyre was even balanced onsite with the mobile workshop that he has, very
Impressive, I would definitely recommend and would deal with him again

I've got to pass my comments on about the service last week. Andy was great. Everything done on time and with a real air of care and professionalism. I know it's new to this area so I really will be telling friends and colleagues all about the Hometyre service. Very Happy!
The Hometyre reception I called dealt with the matter efficiently, discussed the options and identified the tyres I required, and arranged a fitting for a day, time and place which suited me. The fitter who came yesterday willingly cleared a space by moving the many dustbins belonging to the apartment building where I live so that he had a space to work. He then completed the job promptly and put the dustbins back as they were. I am very happy with the service I received from Hometyre and would not hesitate to recommend them.
